南华大学学生心理健康状况及其影响因素的调查与分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解大学生心理健康状况,分析其主要影响因素,为促进心理健康提供理论依据。方法采用SCL90、EPQ和SCSQ3个量表进行问卷调查,对获得的资料进行统计分析。结果 SCL90 9个因子的均分低于国内青年组常模(P<0.01);某些因子的均分在男女生、独生子女与非独生子女、年级、贫困生与非贫困生、农村与城市、非双亲与双亲家庭、不和谐与和谐家庭、不同个性特征与不同应对方式等组间存在的差异都有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论大学生心理健康水平好于国内一般青年,性别、独生子女、个性特征、应对方式和家庭结构、氛围、来源地与月收入等都是影响SCL90因子的因素,但影响因子的类别及程度不尽相同。 Objective To understand university students' mental health status and analyze its main influencing factors.Methods On the campus net,adopting SCL90,EPQ and SCSQ,carried on a questionnaire survey in 9241 university students,and then,analyzed and processed the data by SPSS 15.0 for windows. Results Nine mean scores of factors of SCL90 in university students were lower than the domestic norms of youth group(P0.01).To different groups,including different income of month,original places,constructions and atmosphere of one's family,there were significant differences in different mean scores of factors(P0.01 or P0.05). Conclusion The mental health status in university students is better than the domestic common youth.There are differences among different groups.Sex,only child or non-only child,personality features,coping styles,and four kinds of different family background are all the important influencing factors which influence mental health.
