摘要
在凝汽器至真空泵之间的管道上设置冷却器,冷却器只要能维持出口温度(气侧)在15℃左右,凝汽器真空就有可能接近真空泵的极限真空。夏天,冷却器投入运行后,凝汽器真空度可提高1.6%;冬天,冷却器投入运行后,凝汽器真空度可提高0.57%。该方法应用后,社会效益及经济效益显著。
A cooler was installed on the pipe between the condenser and the vacuum pump; and when the outlet temperature (air side) of the cooler can remain in about 15 ℃, the condenser vacuity could approach the limit vacuum of the vacuum pump. In the summer, after the cooler was put in operation, the condenser vacuity increased by 1.6%; and in winter, after the cooler was put in operation, the condenser vacuity increased by 0.57%. Adoption of the method has gotten favorable economical and social benefits.
