摘要
安徽华电宿州发电有限公司#1机组首次启动过程中,因运行人员对等离子点火无油启动方式经验不足且调节幅度过大,导致主蒸汽参数变化过大,造成汽轮机低压差胀大而跳闸,分析了跳闸的原因,改进了调整方法,机组再次启动时冲转成功。
In the first start-up of the unit No.1 of the Anhui Huadian Suzhou Power Generation Corporation Limited, due to the operators had not sufficient experiences about the plasma oil-free ignition, the amplitude of the adjustment was overlarge, which leaded the variation of the parameters of the main steam was overlarge, and further caused the low pressure differential expansion to be larger and to cause tripping. The reasons of the tripping were analyzed; the adjustment method was improved, so the turbine rolling in the second start-up of the unit was successful.
