末级过热器壁温超限分析

Analysis of out-of-limit of tube wall temperature in final superheater

湖北华电襄樊发电有限公司600MW超临界锅炉自投产后，末级过热器管壁温度在锅炉高负荷运行时经常超过报警温度，最高达到620℃以上。采取了调整SOFA燃烧器的水平摆角、上下摆角以及风门开度等措施后，在锅炉满负荷运行时，末级过热器壁温可控制在允许壁温600℃以下。

Since the 600MW supercritical boiler of the Hubei Huadian Xiangfan Power Generation Corporation Limited was put into operation, the tube wall temperature of the final superheater often exceeded the alarm temperature at high boiler load, and the highest value was higher than 620 ℃. Some countermeasures were adopted, such as to adjust the horizontal swing angle and the up-down swing angle of the SOFA burner, to adjust the opening of the air damper. Then in boiler operation with full load, the tube wall temperature of the final superheater can be controlled lower than the allowable temperature of 600 ℃.
