摘要 通过引入功能配置元和零部件配置元的概念,构建了顾客需求与产品功能结构之间的信息依赖模型,探讨了客户需求和表达方式的结构化描述途径。通过定义配置元的类型,提出了各类配置元的转化目标和转化方法。通过设定配置元的配置条件,得到了配置元选择矩阵,研究了基于常用配置元的产品在线配置方法,并比较了该方法与完全配置方法的配置效率。通过案例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。 Concepts of Function Configuration Elements(FCE)and Structure Configuration Elements(SCE)were in-troduced to construct information dependence relationship model between customer demand and product function structure so as to achieve structured description of customer demand expression.The transformation targets and transformation methods of various configuration elements were proposed by defining configuration element types.By setting configuration conditions for configuration elements,selection matrix for configuration element was obtained.The method based on Common Configuration Elements(GCE)for on-line customization was discussed.And configu-ration efficiency of the proposed method and complete configuration method was compared.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified by an example.
