摘要
为分析复杂陶芯在制造过程中产生的弯曲和扭转变形,提出了一种基于改进的主动轮廓模型——Snake模型的弯扭变形分析方法。通过改进的Snake模型提取陶芯测量模型与计算机辅助设计模型的截面轮廓线;由奇异值分解和最近点迭代相结合的算法实现两模型截面轮廓线的配准,计算出测量模型截面线相对于计算机辅助设计模型截面线的扭转角度和平移量,通过对多组截面线进行计算分析,最终得出陶芯的弯扭变形情况。实验结果表明,该方法能获得复杂陶芯模型的高精度截面轮廓线和其弯扭变形情况,具有一定的实用性。
To analyze the bending torsion deformation of a complex ceramic core coursed in the manufacturing process,a method based on an improved Active Contour Model(also known as Snake model)was proposed.The cross-section contours of the measured model and Computer Aided Design(CAD)model were extracted by the im-proved Snake model,then the alignment between the cross-section contours through the Singular Value Decomposi-tion and Iterative Closest Point Algorithm(SVD-ICP)was achieved,and the torsion angle and translation related to the CAD model were calculated.Finally,by groups of cross-section lines in calculation and analysis,the bending and torsion deformation was obtained.Experimental results showed that high-precision cross-section contours of complex ceramic core could be established,which provided new way to analyze the bending and torsion deformation.
