摘要
将传统的中医诊断方法与现代诊断手段相结合，发现中医证型与其客观指标有对应关系，对于临床诊断脾胃病有较大参考价值。消化系统疾病的病种及所处的阶段不同，其舌象有规律性变化，病理学、生化学、超声显象、胃电图等检查均与用中医辨证分型的各种脾胃病证型有相应规律性变化。
Abstract ThecombinedapplicationoftraditionalChinesemedicaldiagnosisandmoderndiagnosticmeanstodiscoveryofrelationshipbetweentypeofsyndromeofTCMandcorrespondingobjectiveindexprovidesvaluablereferencetoclinicaldiagnosisofthespleenandstomachdiseases.Itisknownthatdiseasesofdigestivesystemofvarioustypesandindifferentstagesmayshowregularchangesinpictureoftongue;meanwhile,examinationofpathology,biochemistry,ultrasonicimagingmethod,stomachgraph,etc.maydisplaycorrespondingchangeswithdifferentkindsofthespleenandstomachsyndromes.Theruleofthesecorrespondingchangescanserveasabasisfordifferentiationandmicrodifferentiationofthespleenandstomachdisveases.
