摘要 施工导流标准是影响施工导流经济性、安全性的决定性因素之一,是导流建筑物规模设计的依据。目前,土石过水围堰以其能充分利用当地材料,造价低廉而得以广泛的应用。基于过水围堰下游护坡稳定性分析、实际观测资料和浙江省瓯江滩坑水电站模型试验的研究成果,系统分析了影响土石过水围堰溢流工况的主要因素,提出衡量最不利工况的指标和确定最不利流量的方法,为土石过水围堰堰体下游护坡结构及消能防冲设施设计提供了理论依据。 One of the decisive factors affecting economy and security of diversion is standard of river diversion during construction.At the same time it is a reference for the size design of training works,so diversion standard is critical to economy and technique policy in hydraulic and hydroelectric projects.Overflow earth-rock cofferdams are widely used owing to local materials and low costs.Based on previous results,actual observational data and Tankeng Hydropower Station hydraulic structural model tests,systematically analyzes the factors affecting the operation of earth-rock overtopped cofferdams.A method is put forward to measure the worst operating condition and determining the worst discharge of overtopped cofferdams during the construction stage.
