摘要
本文通过对烹饪原料固有的属性、烹饪技法、菜品味型等烹饪三大要素与健康饮食理念和生活方式的关系分析,提出应将传统烹饪与现代科学健康观念有机结合,引导人们追求健康膳食。
This paper analyzes the relations between the three crucial factors of cuisine(attributes of ingredients,cooking techniques and flavoring),a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle,and then suggests that traditional cuisine should be combined with scientific health concepts so as to guide people in their pursuit for a healthy diet.
