摘要
学校改进范式是学校改进活动中公认的范例或模式。成功学校改进的关键是采用一种符合学校背案的学校改进范式。本文通过整理西方发达国家七种学校改进范式，分析得出不同背景下学校改进范式的要素，同时也为构建我国学校改进范式提供启示。
Enhancing the quality of education is a hot topic in current international society. School improvement is an effective approach for improving educational quality. The essence of successful school improvement is to implement an appropriate paradigm. By learning the seven paradigms in the western developed countries, we analyse the factors in different contexts, which can give enlightenment for building our paradigm of school improvement.
