摘要
教师专业发展的内在限度包括教师对其工作对象的认知与驾驭限度、教师专业知识的权威与发展限度、教师专业能力的转化与迁移限度、对教师专业态度要求的普适标准与个体差异限度。在教师专业发展实践中,应不断突破教师专业发展的内在限度,提升教师专业发展水平。
The inherent limits of teacher professional development include the limit of teachers for cognition and control of their work, the authority and development limit of teacher professional knowledge, the conversion and transfer limit of teacher professional ability, universal standards and individual difference limit for teacher professional attitude. In the practice of teacher professional development, teacher professional development should continue to break the inherent limits to enhance teacher professional development.
