宁夏回族自治区环境承载力评价

Evaluation on environment carrying capacity of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

从环境的"资源支撑能力"和"环境消纳能力"两个方面构建环境承载力的概念框架,运用因子分析和矢量模评价方法,对宁夏回族自治区1990-2006年的环境承载力、环境承载量及承载状态进行量化评价,探索经济增长与环境承载量之间的演变关系特征,并从调整优化产业结构、经济发展方式的生态转型、加强环境保护和污染防治力度等方面提出促进宁夏可持续发展的对策建议.

Based on environmental＂supportive capacity＂ and ＂assimilative capacity＂, a conceptual framework of environment carrying capacity was constructed. Through factor and vector mode analysis methods, the environment carrying capacity, environment carrying quantity and environment carrying states between 1990 and 2006 in Ningxia Hui autonomous region were quantified. The relationship between economic growth and environment carrying quantity was also explored. In order to have a sustainable development, the industrial structures should be adjusted and optimized, the economic growth modes should be improved, productive efficiency should be enhanced, and environmental protection and pollution prevention should be intensively focused on.
