摘要
为了研究驱动线圈的结构参数对电枢受力的影响,根据电路—电磁耦合理论,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了三维线圈炮的模型并分析了驱动线圈各个参数对电枢性能的影响。仿真结果表明:当驱动线圈横截面宽度减小了,长度增加,匝数增加时,电枢推力增加,但增幅不是很大,只有层数增加,电枢推力变化较大。但从加工角度考虑,故选择横截面参数0.5 mm×10 mm,匝数25匝,层数11层。为进一步设计线圈炮提供了依据。
To study drive coil structural parameter on armature mechanical property,base on circuit-electromagnetism theory,established model of three-dimensional coil gun through software Ansys and analysised influence on armature mechanical property owing to drive coil structural parameter.Simulation results indicate that the of coil section minish,length of coil section and coil rings increase,the force of armature increase,but the amplify is not big.Only the coil layers increase,the force of armature increase more.But considerating coil making,drive coil section is 0.5 mm×10 mm,rings number is 10,layers number is 11.It supplys vestiges of design coil gun further.
