摘要
提出了一种基于三个开关型霍尔位置传感器的位置估算方法,能使电机在相对低速条件下稳态运行,拓展了电机的调速范围。详细分析了电机在动态运况下,如何准确估计转子的位置,实现永磁同步电动机正弦波驱动。实验结果表明,该控制方法在满足永磁同步电动机正弦波驱动要求下能实现大范围调速,有效抑制转矩脉动,电机运行平稳。
A novel method using six switched hall position sensors to detect the rotor position of PMSMs under the condition of relatively low speed was presented.And how to estimate accurately the position of a rotor in a dynamic situation to realize the sinusoidal current drive was analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the control strategy accommodates with the sinusoidal drive requirements and can realize speed modulation in large scale and effectively diminish the torque ripple,and that the motor rotates steadily with this method.
