摘要
针对永磁同步电动机DTC系统转矩脉动较大的问题,采用电压空间矢量调制技术,设计了一种基于磁链误差改进算法的直接转矩控制系统(改进型SVM-DTC系统),该方法由磁链误差计算单元计算定子磁链参考值与观测值之间的误差,通过空间电压矢量调制得到有效参考电压,从而输出逆变器控制信号。这样在一个开关周期内选择最合理的空间电压矢量来完全补偿电机转矩和定子磁链的观测值与参考值之间的误差,减小电磁转矩脉动。仿真结果表明,该方案既有效减小了电机转矩脉动,又保持了直接转矩控制快速动态响应的特性。
Based on the technology of space voltage vector modulation(SVPWM),a direct torque control system based on modified flux error algorithm was proposed to resolve torque ripple in the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) direct torque control(DTC) system.The flux error calculating cell calculated the error between the target value and the observed value of stator flux,and available reference voltage was got through SVPWM in order to outputs inverter control signal.With this method,we can choose the most reasonable space voltage vector in one switch cycle to fully compensate the flux error and reduce the torque ripple.Simulation results show the torque ripple is effectively decreased and the fast dynamic characteristic of DTC system is held.
