摘要
针对高强钢焊接的特点,对焊缝进行了横焊和立焊的二次返修工艺试验,采用气体保护焊FCAW方法进行返修,焊接过程中通过采用匹配合理的工艺参数,严格控制道间温度,最终获得具有优良力学性能的焊接接头,且满足-60℃低温冲击性能要求,证明了二次焊接返修工艺的可行性,并在工程上得到良好的应用。
The article disscussed about welding twice repair of high strength hull structural steel, and FCAW-GS method was adopted in horizontal and vertical positions during the welding process.The welding low input energy was effectively controlled by adjusting the parameters of welding/inter-pass temperature.The weld joint was in possession of excellent mechanics capability, satisfing the -60 ℃ low temperature impact requirement, and it proved that it was feasible for welding twice repair procedure, which has been used well in the project.
