摘要
采用经尿道前列腺气化术（ＴＵＶＰ）治疗前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）３１例，患者排尿功能均恢复良好。手术时间２１～６０分钟，灌洗量２５００～７０００ｍｌ，术中、术后均未输血。对ＴＵＶＰ的手术操作、适应症及注意事项进行了讨论。认为ＴＵＶＰ能安全有效地解除前列腺尿道的梗阻，损伤小、安全性高、疗效确切、并发症少，但远期效果有待于进一步随访观察。
