摘要
基于虚拟样机技术,采用结合有限元法(FEM)的多体系统仿真(MSS)方法对汽车发动机曲轴进行扭转振动分析。建立了包括柔性体曲轴在内的内燃机曲轴系统的多体动力学模型。根据多体动力学进行模拟仿真计算,分析了内燃机曲轴扭振的特点。
By using multi-body system simulation(MSS) method,combined with finite element analysis(FEA),the torsional vibration of automotive engine crankshaft is analyzed in this paper,based on the virtual prototyping(VP) technology.The multi-body dynamics model for the crankshaft assembly including flexible crankshaft is established.According to the results of the test of the engine,this article analyze the characteristics of the torsional vibration of automotive engine crankshaft.
