青海青稞灌浆期旗叶气孔特征研究

Study on the stomatal characteristics of flag leaves of highland barley at filling stage in Qinghai province

用生物显微镜直接观察青海栽培的3个青稞品种灌浆期旗叶的气孔分布、气孔密度、气孔大小和形状等气孔特征。结果表明:青稞气孔器均为狭长椭圆形,叶片下表面气孔分布表现出一定的规律性。与水稻等作物相比较,青稞叶片气孔密度小而气孔面积大。

The stomatal distribution,stomatal density,stomatal size and shape of flag leaves in three highland barley（Hordeum Vulgare L.var.nudum Hook.） varieties in Qinghai province at filling stage were studied by using the biological microscope.The results showed that highland barley stomata were narrow oval shape and there was regularity in the distribution of stomata on the lower surface of its leaves.Compared with rice leaves,highland barley leaves have smaller stomatal density and bigger stomatal size.
