摘要
为了探讨镁铝水滑石的合成条件,采用共沉淀法制备镁铝水滑石。对比确定了最佳反应温度和利于离子交换的NaOH沉淀剂。在19、40和75℃晶化温度下制备3种水滑石,利用XRD和SEM对制备的镁铝水滑石进行分析。结果表明,75℃下制备出的水滑石结晶度较高,物相纯净,并具有典型层状结构,为进一步研究聚合物基水滑石复合材料奠定了基础。
In order to confirm the synthesis condition of layered double hydroxide compound(LDH),the Mg/Al layered double hydroxide was synthesized by using co-precipitation.The best reaction temperature was found and the best precipitating agent NaOH was confirmed.First three kinds of LDH were synthesized at 19,40 and 75 ℃,and then the structures were characterized with XRD and SEM.The results showed the sample with 75 ℃ reaction temperature was pure,and had the best crystallinity and typical layered structure.The successful preparation of LDH lays a foundation for the polymer/LDH composites.
