西宁市几种蔬菜中铜污染的调查 被引量:2

摘要 选择西宁市种植的4种蔬菜:黄瓜、土豆、油麦菜和小油菜,采用原子吸收法进行铜离子含量的测定。结果表明:黄瓜、油麦菜、小油菜中铜含量分别为0.017 2、0.031 8和0.040 1 mg/kg,土豆未检出。4种蔬菜中铜的含量均低于国家食品中铜限量卫生标准(GB/T5009.13—2003)。黄瓜、土豆、油麦菜和小油菜的污染指数分别为0.001 7、0、0.003 2、0.004 0,属于清洁污染水平,表明4种蔬菜中铜含量很低,符合无公害蔬菜要求。 For understanding the copper contamination in vegetables,Four typical vegetables,cucumber,potato,lettuce and small rape from Xining area were selected,and flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) was used to determinate the copper ions content.The results showed that copper content in cucumber,leaf lettuce,small rape were 0.017 2 mg/kg,0.031 8 mg / kg,0.040 1 mg/kg,and potatoes were not detected.The copper content in four kinds of vegetables is lower than the national limit in food hygiene standards(GB/T5009.13—2003).The pollution index of cucumbers,potatoes,leaf lettuce,small rape were 0.001 7,0,0.003 2,0.004 0.They are pertain to clean pollution levels.The copper content in four kinds of vegetables were very low and they are in line with the requirements of organic vegetable.
