矿井高压裂隙涌水综合治理方法的现场试验 被引量:62

摘要 结合山东菏泽龙固煤矿辅二运输巷道顶板涌水的现场工程条件,提出了高压裂隙涌水的综合治理方法。该方法以深部集中引排、浅部注浆封堵为治理思路,将地质分析、综合探测、现场连通试验和实时监测等技术手段有机地结合为一体。其中地质分析可初步判断地层构造及水源补充,综合物理探测技术可有效寻找含水层及过水通道,通过连通试验分析水源连通情况,优选注浆材料,运用实时监测技术掌握围岩变形、控制注浆参数。将该方法应用于龙固煤矿辅二巷道高压涌水治理的现场试验中,不仅成功封堵了巷道涌水,为矿方每年节约近千万元抽排费用,而且对注浆施工期间的安全控制有显著效果。 Combining with hydro-geological conditions of No.2 auxiliary haulage roadway of Longgu Coal Mine,principle of security control for underground water disaster was put forward.Geological analysis,comprehensive detection,field tests and real-time monitoring were integrated together.Stratum structure and water source can be judged by geological analysis,aquifer and channel for water are detected by physical technologies,the connectivity conditions of water and grouting materials can be determined by field tests.Based on the above four points,the comprehensive treatment method for high pressure water inflow was found.The method was applied successfully in water plugging in the No.2 auxiliary haulage roadway of Longgu Coal Mine which ensure the security operations and help to save cost significantly for pumping water.It shows that this method has wide application prospect.
