摘要 针对双曲线自然通风逆流冷却塔虹吸罩经常损坏无法形成虹吸,造成单台循环水泵运行时只能实现半塔配水,以及两台循环水泵运行时虽然冷却水可漫过配水虹吸罩形成全塔配水,但存在全塔配水不均匀现象,通过对冷却塔配水系统结构的优化改造,解决了上述问题,显著提高了机组的经济性。 Directing against the problems of frequent damages occurred on siphon cover in hyperbolic natural draft counter flow cooling tower,the uniform distribution of siphon water can't be realized,and in the case of single circulating water pump in operation,only the water distribution in half tower can be realized,and in the event of two circulating water pumps in operation,although the cooling water can overflow the siphon cover and makes the water distribution in whole tower can be realized,but the water can't be distributed uniformly.Through optimization retrofit of the water distribution configuration in the cooling tower,the problems mentioned above have been solved,and the economic efficiency of the unit being remarkably improved.
