摘要
对控制系统微分环节使用过程中容易产生高频干扰现象进行了分析,提出了一种改进微分环节的控制策略,该控制策略使控制系统具有较好的频率特性。采用改进型微分环节对某超临界600 MW机组过热蒸汽温度控制系统进行了优化。结果表明,优化后的控制系统较原控制系统具有更加优良的调节品质。
The high-frequency interference phenomenon easily occurred in application process of the differential link,hence,a new control strategy based on improved differential link has been put forward.The new control strategy can make the control system to have a better frequency behavior.By using the improved differential link,the superheated steam temperature control system of a supercritical 600 MW unit has been optimized.Result shows that the said control system after optimization has even better regulating quality than that of the original control system.
