摘要 针对华能淮阴电厂330 MW机组原给水系统(3台电动给水泵)的改造(1台汽动给水泵和2台电动给水泵),设计了1套新的给水控制系统。为了保证1台汽动给水泵运行2台电动给水泵备用给水系统控制的实时性,汽动给水泵跳闸、电动给水泵运行及其控制联锁信号采用硬接线与控制系统连接。应用结果表明,机组新的给水控制系统具有良好的控制品质。 Directing against retrofitting original feed water system(having three motor-driven feed water pumps) of 330 MW unit in Huai'yin Power Plant into a feed waster system with one turbine-driven feed water pump and two motor-driven feed water pumps,a new set of feed water control system has been designed.In order to ensure the real-time control of feed water system in case of one turbine-driven feed water pump being in operation and two motor-driven feed water pumps being standby,the trip of turbine-driven feed water pump,the operation of motor-driven feed water pumps,as well as their control interlocking signals are connected to the control system by using hardwires,results of application show that the new feed water control systme has good control quality.
