摘要
针对深孔加工生产周期长、加工成本较高的问题,采用可转位内排屑深孔钻头取代焊接内排屑深孔钻头并进行壳体零件精加工工艺改进实践。结果表明,采用改进后的深孔加工工艺,不仅加工质量更加稳定,而且降低了生产成本、提高了生产效率,取得了显著的经济效益。
Aimed at the problems of longer production cycle and higher processing cost in deep hole machining,using the indexable deep hole drill to replace the welding deep hole drill,the improvement and practice for shell parts finishing process is carried out. The results show that the improved technique can get a more stable machining quality,reduced production costs and improved production efficiency and the significant economic benefits can be achieved.
