摘要
为了实现稻谷脂肪酸值的快速测定,对两种测定方法进行比较。研究表明,pH试纸的方法能够快速准确的测定稻谷的脂肪酸值,实际工作中可以根据需要选择相应的方法。
In order to achieve the rapid determination of fatty acid value of rice,two methods were compared.The results show that,the pH test strips can determine the fatty acid value of rice quickly and accurately.We can select the appropriate method according to the practical work.
