摘要
采用连续相场模型模拟了表面化学修饰和衬底有限预拉伸联合作用下二元单层膜的自组装过程.结果表明,表面化学修饰导引组分畴形核,有限预拉伸则控制组分畴的生长方向.通过调控预拉伸强度和表面修饰图案,可以自组装多种多样的有序表面结构.
Self-assembly of binary monolayers on a pre-stretched substrate with chemically modified surface was simulated via a continuous phase-field model. The result indicates that the chemical modification of surface can guide the nucleation and the pre-stretch can control the growth direction of compositional domains. Various ordered surface structures can be self-assembled by tuning the magnitude of the pre-stretch and the pattern of the surface modification.
