基于创新型人才培养的高职院校教学管理体制改革探析

The Analysis of the Teaching Management System Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Innovation Talents Training

知识经济时代,各行各业无不呼唤创新型人才。高等职业院校所培养的高级技术应用型人才主要从事生产、建设、管理、服务等一线工作,同样需要具有创意思维和创造能力。本文从界定高职院校教学管理体制和创新型人才的内涵入手,分析了现有高职院校教学管理体制对创新型人才培养的制约,并提出构建基于创新型人才培养的高职院校教学管理体制的建议。

In knowledge economy era, all walks of life are all call for the innovation talents. The advanced technology talents trained by higher vocational colleges mainly engaged in production, construction, management, and service. They also require innovative thinking and creativity. This paper defines the teaching management system and the meaning of the innovation talents, and analyzes the constraints of the existing teaching management system on the innovation talents training. At last, it puts forward the proposals of building the teaching management system in higher vocational colleges which is based on the innovation talents training.
