完善我国研究生教育质量保障体系的借鉴与思考

通过一些已有的统计数据考察目前我国研究生教育质量存在的问题,并对英国、日本和美国研究生教育质量保障体系及其特点进行介绍。根据国外先进国家研究生教育质量保障体系的特点,提出改善我国研究生教育质量保障体系的措施,包括转变政府在高校研究生教育质量保障体系中的位置;建立适合高校自身的评估研究生教育质量的指标体系;加强与社会企业、组织机构的合作,邀请社会企业及机构对高校研究生教育质量进行评估。

The article first introduces the quality control systems of graduate education in UK,Japan,and USA,and summarizes the characteristics of the quality control systems of graduate education in these countries.It advances the measures to improve the quality control systems of graduate education in China based on the experiences of these countries including transferring the location of the government in the quality control system of graduate education,building up an index system suitable for evaluating the quality of graduate education of the university itself,enhancing the cooperation with social corporation and organization,and inviting them to evaluate the quality of graduate education..
