对经管类专业经济法课程的几点反思

商法能够涵盖经管类专业学生所需了解的法律知识,应该取代经济法作为经管类专业的法律课程。而将培养法律意识、普及法律知识而非培养学生的法律实践能力确立为该课程的设置目的是一种更为切实可行的理性选择。由于自身特殊的适用环境和条件,案例教学法并不适合经管类专业经济法课程的教学。

Commercial law should take the place of economic law course for economics and management majors because it can cover the legal knowledge the students need to acquire.It is a feasible and rational choice to take cultivation of students＇ legal awareness and popularization of legal knowledge rather than cultivation of students＇ ability of legal practice as the course objective.Because of its specific conditions for the application,case method is not applicable to economic law course for economics and management majors.
