通过介绍模板早拆体系的技术原理及工艺特点,结合具体工程实例论述了其工艺流程、操作要点、施工安全、质量要求,对早拆体系各种材料用量进行计算,并对模板早拆体系施工中楼板裂缝产生原因和预防措施进行了探讨,以促进模板早拆体系的推广应用。
The author introduced the technical principles and the characteristic of the early dismantling formwork support system,connecting with contract project example,expounds its process flow,operation key points,construction safety and quality requirement,countes its materials dosage,discuss the reason and prevent steps of floorslab cracks in its construction,so as to promote the popularization and application of the early dismantling formwork support system.
