结合应用型本科人才的特点,从人才培养的层次定位,创新意识的训练等方面探索土木工程应用型本科人才培养模式,以期适应我国社会主义市场经济体制下因经济、科技迅速发展对人才的需求量。

The cultivation mode for applied undergraduate talents of civil engineering was explored in this thesis from the aspects of level location for talent cultivating,training on the sense of innovation,etc.,combining with the characteristics of applied undergraduate talents,expecting to adapt the need amount for talents under China socialism market economy system due to the fast development of economy and science.
