摘要
归纳了新形势下在基层建筑工程质量监督管理中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题结合我国实际情况提出了合理有效的质量监督管理对策,从而建立起规范的工程质量监督管理体系,促进工程质量稳步提高。
With the induction of main problems existing in quality supervision and management of construction projects at the grassroots levels under new situation,in light of these issues,combining with actual situation in our country,it proposes rational and effective quality control and management measures,so as to establish standard engineering quality supervision management system,and to promote project quality steady improvement.
