According to construction design files to strengthening reconstruction project of Fulin Bridge（pedestrian overpass） in Mianyang city after earthquake and the original bridge＇s construction as-completed drawings,combine practical work with the bridge,put forward a reasonable method of construction monitoring and control method,so as to ensure Fulin Bridge strengthen construction is expected the aim to design,guarantee the structural is safe in the process of strengthen construction.
