The paper analyzes the advantages of adopting the embracing hoop method in the bent caps construction,introduces the design ideas,the stressed analysis and construction craft process of the embracing hoop method, points out the controlling points for the construction,lists the calculation methods for the construction application by combining with the project practice,and proves the embracing hoop design can meet the stress demands of the construction.
