心脏的电-机械活动与心脏再同步化治疗 被引量:5

摘要 心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)心力衰竭是通过改变心室激动顺序实现心室收缩再同步化的。心室收缩的同步性与心脏的电-机械活动密切相关,心力衰竭患者能否从CRT中获益主要取决于左室的刺激部位、刺激强度大小及靶血管的解剖等因素。
