主动脉窦消融成功的房性心动过速研究进展

摘要
房性心动过速可在主动脉窦(主要是无冠窦)消融成功,尚无组织学证据证明主动脉窦有心房肌组织的存在,主动脉窦后部房间隔附近为房室结样组织的分布区域,因此推测主动脉窦消融成功的房性心动过速的病理基质是房室结样组织,而不是普通心房肌组织。基于上述特点,推断主动脉窦消融成功的房性心动过速其本质可能是快慢型房室结折返性心动过速,慢径的位置位于主动脉窦附近的房间隔前上部和(或)心外膜。
