心房颤动导管消融术对P波形态的影响 被引量:2

摘要 心房颤动(简称房颤)的导管消融术改变了心房解剖学及电生理学特性,反映在体表心电图上P波形态改变。肺静脉隔离可能造成P波振幅在部分导联增高,时限缩短。线性消融可导致左心耳激动延迟甚至隔离,P波双峰,出现假ε波。房颤导管消融术后三尖瓣环峡部依赖心房扑动的P波形态呈现多样化特点。消融损伤房间传导束时可造成左房隔离,P波变小。
