腰椎穿刺术临床带教中存在的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures of clinical teaching for lumbar puncture practice

腰椎穿刺术是目前神经内科临床最常见的微创诊疗技术。尽管医学科学技术在不断发展和进步,但腰椎穿刺术仍具有重要的诊断价值,特别在诊断和鉴别诊断中枢神经系统的炎性、出血性、外伤性、免疫性、寄生虫性疾病以及不明原因的昏迷等多种神经内科急症中的作用更为突出。因此,腰椎穿刺术的技术培训也就显得十分重要。总结分析了腰椎穿刺术带教过程中存在的问题和采取的对策,以期提高该项临床操作的教学效果。

Lumber puncture practice is one technique of micro-invasive and the commonest for diagnosis and treatment in neurology at present. Although medical techniques are developed with each passing day, lumber puncture practice is still playing an important role in diagnosis, especially in diagnosis and differential diagnosis for infectious, hemorrhagic, injured, immune, parasitic diseases in cen- tral nervous system and various unknown reasoning coma. Therefore, training of Lumber puncture practice plays a key role. In order to improving the effect of clinical teaching for lumbar puncture practice, we summarize problems and countermeasures in this teaching process.
