摘要
目前对于地方高校省级创新团队绩效评价的研究是一个新的领域。应用专题组讨论法初步设计出评价指标体系框架并对各指标权重进行了设置,应用综合评价方法进行了实证研究。结果显示,该评价指标体系合理可行,能够为省级创新团队建设和管理的科学决策提供参考依据。
It is a new field for the evaluation of provincial level innovation teams of provincial universities at present. The special-sub- ject-discussion method was applied to preliminaryly design evaluation index system and to set the weight of each index. The integrated assessment method was employed in the empirical study. The results showed that it is feasible to build achievement index system by ap- plying special-subject-discussion method and to set weight for it. This study provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the re- source allocation of provincial universities and for government decision-making.
