The new rural cooperative medical is an important part in rural health care system and is very important to build a new socialist countryside and a harmonious socialist society. The raising and security of the funds is the most important content to establish and perfect the new rural cooperative medical system. Through in-depth analyzing the reason about the stage of China＇ s new rural cooperative medical care funds, this paper puts forward the policy recommendations for establishment and improvement of new rural cooperative medical fund raising mechanism.
