摘要
分析了粉煤灰的特性及其作为塑料制品填充剂所应满足的技术要求。在此基础上,从普通粉煤灰中分选出可用作塑料填充剂的高品质粉煤灰,并把它作为聚乙烯(HDPE)塑料的填充剂进行了试验研究,试生产出合格的聚乙烯落水管;该项目的完成,一方面拓宽了粉煤灰综合利用的途径,另一方面降低了生产聚乙烯(HDPE)落水管的生产成本,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。
The character of fly ash and technical requirements as filling agent of plastic were analyzed.High quality fly ash classified from ordinary fly ash used as filling agent of high density polyethylene(HDPE) was tested and studied,and qualified fall tubes were produced.The completion of this project makes the way of comprehensive utilization of fly ash extented and the cost of production of fall tubes of HDPE reduced.There are obvious economical and enviromental benefits.
