Century Transition of Qinghe at Liulin

黄河一级支流三川河,下游段因为汇入柳林泉,被当地人称为清河。清河是柳林人民的母亲河,祖祖辈辈的柳林儿女依赖清河的乳汁,繁衍、生存、发展。然而,由于过度开采、破坏,清河水量锐减,水体污染严重,清河神韵远去,清河古风不再。进入21世纪,柳林县委、县政府高瞻远瞩、审时度势、锐意改革、大胆创新,为使清河绿水常流、美景永驻,实施了一系列整治措施。现在的清河已是碧波荡漾环城过,鸳鸯水鸟随风来。

One-level branch river of the Yellow River,Sanchuanhe is called Qinghe by the local people because its downstream segment imports into Liulin spring.Qinghe is the mother river of Liulin people,generations of children dependent on Qinghe.However,due to excessive exploit and destroy,Qinghe water is reducing and polluted severely.At the 21st century,forward-looking Liulin government is committed to reform,implements a series of improvement measures to make Qinghe green and beautiful forever.Now Qinghe has been green around the city,mandarin duck come with the wind.
