在竞争激烈的市场经济中,施工企业不仅要抓住机遇,立足市场加大承揽业务的力度,同时也要在项目施工阶段抓住施工项目的资源,即劳力、材料、设备、资金、技术的合理配置和强化管理,以此确保施工企业在经营活动使用较少资源的前提下取得最大的经济效益,使企业获得长足发展.
In the bitter and fierce competition of the market economy,construction company should not only sieze the opportunity and base on the market to increse their business,but also stress on such resources as labor,material,capital,Rational Allocation of technology and reinforce management in construction project so as to ensure make the best profit with the the premise of using less resources,and then let the company obtain substaintial development.
