介绍日本配电系统施工、运行和自动化水平。详细介绍了几种配电系统的不停电施工法，及配电自动化系统的各种功能。提出未来配电系统应在高度自动化的基础上与包括新能源发电在内的分散型电源相结合，以进一步提高配电系统的可靠性。

This paper presents the constructions, operations and automation levels of distribution systems in Japan. Several constrUction measures without interruption of power supply are described in detail. The existing functions and the improvement trends of distribution automation systems are also introduced, including proposals on the integrated distribution systems with dispersed power resources, such as solar power plants et al.
