摘要
以美国佛罗里达州电力市场为例介绍电力工业由公有、垄断走向私有、竞争，逐步形成商业化运营和电力市场的过程和经验；研究探讨我国建主电力市场要解决的若干问题。
The case of electricity market of Florida in the U. S. is analysed in order to introduce the forming of competitive system and the experience on deregulating. Another aim of the paper is to investigate problems which are in the procedure of building electricity market in our country and give some suggestions on solving these problems.
