摘要
在工业生产,特别是在冶金行业中,交交变频同步电机矢量控制系统已成为大型轧钢机(如粗轧机、精轧机以及连轧机)主传动发展的必然趋势。为实现连轧机主传动调速系统的国产化,当前急需研究相应的控制策略和电网谐波治理方案,并尽快应用于待改造连轧机上。在对单套系统网侧功率因数和谐波研究的基础上,分析了多套系统联合运行时网侧电流谐波的状况,并且研究了各套系统整流变压器联接组别的最优选择问题。
Employing theoretical analysis and digital simulation experiments, this paper deals with the research work on the status of harmonics on supply net of such AC/AC systems driving continuous rolling line. Here, for the first time, quantified analysis for the relations of harmonics phase angle among systems is carried on, specified formula is given for harmonic ratios of total current. According to this formula, optimal link modes of transformers can be obtained and the minimum total harmonic ratio is achieved.
