摘要
本文探讨在应用型人才培养的评价问题中,依据"三位一体"培养模式,应用层次分析法构造评价体系结构及判断矩阵,并计算层次单排序权重和层次总排序权重,得出各个因素对人才质量的影响程度。从而使定性分析定量化,为人才培养质量评价提供更为客观的依据。
This paper discussed the assessment problem about the cultivation of applied talents. According to the trinity model, it constructs the hierarchical structure and judgment matrix of the assessment system with analytic hierarchy process (AHP), calculates the weight of single- level ranking and general- level ranking,and then obtains the influence degree of every factor on talent quality, in order to transform qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis and provide more objective basis for the quality evaluation of talent cultivation.
