摘要
本文研究了纳米圆柱形导体的电容。利用半经典理论即要求这些圆柱形导体有不为零的屏蔽长度为l,并且介电常数ε≠1,这其中包括了理想圆柱形导体及非理想圆柱形导体两种情况。计算并得出了一些有意义的计算结果。
This paper studied the capacitance of conducting nanocylinders using semi classical theory which requires the screening length of these cylindrical conductors is and the dielectric constant. It includes the two conditions of perfect cylindrical conductors and imperfect cylindrical conductors. At last, some useful results are gotten.
